PasswordValidator Class

AP.NET Identity 基本上提供了密碼驗證邏輯，

RequiredLength = 6, 密碼長度最少為6
RequireNonLetterOrDigit = true, 需要有特殊字元
RequireDigit = true, 需要有數字
RequireLowercase = true, 需要有小寫字母
RequireUppercase = true, 需要有大寫字母

失敗 5 次，鎖定 5 分鐘

manager.DefaultAccountLockoutTimeSpan = TimeSpan.FromMinutes(5);
manager.MaxFailedAccessAttemptsBeforeLockout = 5;

鎖定功能要生效，另外還要修改 Account/Login.aspx.cs

把 false 改為 true
